Refund policy
Arc Pro is source code you get the moment you pay, so purchases are final. If something is broken and we can’t fix it, you get your money back.

Purchases are final
- Pro lifetime is a one-time purchase of source code and future updates. It is not refundable.
- Pro yearly payments, including renewals, are not refundable. You can cancel any time so the next year is not charged.
- Try before you buy: every Pro piece has a working live preview on uiarc.dev, and the free library shows how Arc is built.
If something is broken
If a Pro component, block or template you bought doesn’t work as described, for example it throws errors in a supported setup, its install fails, or it doesn’t match its documentation:
- Email hello@uiarc.dev from the address on your Arc account, with what you tried and what went wrong.
- We fix it or give you a working alternative within 14 days.
- If we can’t, you get a full refund of that payment, to the original payment method (usually 5 to 10 business days to show).
Please ask us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer quickly, and a dispute costs a fee even when it is decided in your favor.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or renewed after you canceled, write to hello@uiarc.dev and we refund the mistaken payment in full.
Canceling a yearly plan
Cancel any time in the billing portal on your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid year and then stops, with no further charges.
Your legal right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. At checkout you ask for immediate access to Arc Pro and confirm that you understand the purchase is final. Because access starts right away, the right of withdrawal ends when you pay. Your other rights under consumer law, including for faulty digital content, are not affected.
What happens after a refund
- Pro access for that purchase ends, and a refunded yearly plan is canceled.
- Your Pro personal access tokens stop working within about a minute.
- The Pro license for that purchase ends. Please delete Pro source you haven’t yet shipped in a product. Free components stay yours under the MIT license.
- A founder or launch price is tied to the purchase. If you buy again later, the price at that time applies.
